The Objective

Ideal is a pioneer & very well known Commerce coaching class in Mumbai. In 2012, they decided to build up the umbrella brand as Ideal Education and wanted to promote their various verticals – Commerce, School Science, Professional Course, Entrance Exams, etc. under the parent brand. Their competitors varied as per verticals.

The creative challenge was to build the IDEAL brand by creating a brand positioning in the market. Also to create brand awareness, reinforcing existing products & attracting franchisees.

The Campaign

The USP was identified through a proper Consumer and Market Research. The new way of learning called ‘Evolved Learning’ became the Brand Positioning of Ideal. A complete 360 degree campaign was designed on the aspect of Evolved Learning.

Rego completely revamped the Brand Identity. The entire Brand Communication was designed including print ads, packaging, POS material, innovation, marketing material, etc.

The Result

The campaign was rolled out in the market in March 2012. The response was best than all expectations. Within 3 months of the campaign, from 10 centres, IDEAL grew to 60 centres in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, plus 20 centres all over Maharashtra.

Ideal Education came to be known as one of the most prominent education brands in Mumbai. School, Commerce & Science products were well covered & launched one after the other. With IDEAL becoming a name to reckon with, the brand launched many ambitious projects including an Engineering college at Wada.
